Problem
More than 700 million people in India are offline; fiber and towers are impractical in remote terrain, and relying on foreign satellite networks raises sovereignty and security concerns.
Solution
A concept for an indigenous LEO network with laser inter-satellite links and a mass-producible phased-array user terminal (about 1,280 elements, Ku/Ka band, electronic beam steering), with RF link budgets modeled in MATLAB and OpenEMS and a lightweight browser dashboard that visualizes coverage, beam switching and throughput.
